Hello, my name is Hettie. I am 80 years old in November.
I have been drinking Folgers coffee over 50 years. I have loved the convenience of your instant coffee that comes in the little tubes called instant coffee café.instantaneous. It made one regular sized coffee cup full, and it had plenty of flavor. Now the tubes are only half full.
At first, I thought I just got a bad batch, but then I read where you had changed your brewing technique and it required less coffee. Well, maybe you should have a sip. I dont like strong coffee, but I do like to taste the coffee.
Youve certainly lost me as a customer and after all these years. !!!

Folgers is not good anymore

*** has discontinued its "Mardi-Gra" coffee which is the absolute best - with no warning. They said not a big seller - its never been in any stores every coffee producer has vanilla - hazelnut

WE KNOW YOU CHANGED IT
- - This will be my last Folgers canister.
- - I can tell the formula changed; caffeine is lower.
- - The coffee tastes strange and I am disappointed.
I used to be an avid buyer of Folgers, and this is going to be the last time I purchase a canister. I do not need verification that you changed the formula or put in half the caffeine.
I can tell right away; it started months ago.
I get no energy from your coffee; it's absolutely ridiculous, and the taste is very strange. I'm so disappointed.

Disgusting
I've been a folgers drinker all my life and in the past year there has been a big change. Taste bitter, not smooth anymore, even the smell is gross.
No one wants to drink axx yes I said axx cause that's how it taste now. Change it back cause I won't buy this again (folgers classic roast)

Funny taste of Folgers Columbian coffee
For the 2nd time in 20 years, I got a bad container of Folgers Colombian coffee. It tastes sour! I cleaned the coffee maker, made 6 more cups, and it still tastes sour.

Bad tast
For years I only purchased Folgers. For years it was the morning tradition between my daughter and I but no more. It taste bad, its bitter, its inconsistent from one pot to the next.

Extreme dissatisfaction

I get my coffee from Costco because it is cheaper. There was a brand I liked that came in a brown and gold can and I would get it whenever it was in stock.
I was out of coffee and made a trip to *** and all they had was Folgers. I wasnt excited about it, but I got it for the price. This is the most disgusting coffee I have ever drank.
Im very much looking forward to my other brand being back in stock. Next time, I will just have no coffee or go somewhere else if my options are Folgers or nothing.

Package isnt plastic free. You could use box or bag. Probably would be cheaper for you and customer.

You are absolutely right! I too used to like it.
Wish I had read this page before I bought 8oz instant on sale. Later I learned of a special deal for 2 of them for about five fifty. Seemed suspicious and turns out the website is reportedly a scam. Besides, it's not clear to me the new breed is worth even that.
Thanks again. I had thought maybe my taste buds had begun to rot.
