It’s not as good as it used to be there’s something different. They’re adding a filler or something to it.
I used to look forward to going to bed so I can get up in the morning and have my coffee now its just a habit. I dont enjoy folders medium roast coffee anymore.
It taste like cigarette butts and ashes. Theres something different about it. They changed something about it probably to make it cheaper to make for them. I would not recommend this.
Its too expensive to have a taste like that. I even add cream to it and its still taste like ashes.
I wish I knew what kind of filler they were using in the coffee. Its a shame cause it always used to be so good

Unpleasant skunk brewing odour & bitter aftertaste in my mouth.
My husband and I have been drinking primarily Folgers for years, same brew strength, but in the last year weve been noticing a noticeable not- so welcome change. We are switching brands.
With the increase in price I at least want the same quality as we were used to. It should have a pleasant coffee aroma, not smell like skunk.

Used Columbian Folgers for years. Last can purchased was crap, the changes Folgers has made, has forced me to make changes also, to another Brand
Does not smell or taste like coffee.Your quality has diminished to a point where I will be finding a new brand that taste like real coffee and that has the aroma which is the standard expected by coffee drinkers. Your new formula with cheaper beans (if actually coffee) taste like reused two week old grounds, no taste no smell no flavor and no satisfaction. It's all a about filling your left hand pocket also.

As a 50+ year loyal consumer , why do I feel I'm "getting played!". Photos of this revelation are available, however a stop in any other establishment will reveal that this is corporate rather than local.
Thanks for the decades long memories, as it maybe time to enjoy the good to the last drop relief quarterback.

Not at all happy with the consistency of the coffee, especially when the price has almost doubled. I'm buying black silk that is brown, nothing like the original black silk.

I recently purchased 4-43.5 oz cans of medium roast coffee. Upon opening my third can I discovered the foil on top was not sealed all around. Don't know if I should use it
I feel uncomfortable about using this can of coffee. Better quality control in your production would be recommended. I would like this can of coffee replaced

I have not had any progress.In contacting them I had to fill out ridiculous info like bar code number and receipts. You can't comment about the quality or poor quality.
As a loyal customer.The quality not as acceptable as in the past.The coffee seems watered down. You have to use almost twice as much for a decent cup.
The public is not fooled by the slow maneuvering of products.
This is an insult and shame to marketing. I will no longer use your product.

I loved loved the vanilla cappuccino mix.. so sad and upset it’s gone. There is nothing else out there even close to it. It was the best. Please bring it back

I recently quit smoking so my taste has tripled. Folgers use to taste good but now it literally tastes(and smells) like the bottom of the ash tray.
They're using terrible quality beans and not roasting them properly. Also I compared the grounds to several other brands side by side. After digging through the Folgers I can see now there's more than just terrible quality beans ground up but other things thrown in the mix that shouldn't be there. This company may be selling you affordable coffee but it's still costing you in the long run because you have to use more of it to get the same effect as other beans because it's also way weaker than it use to be.
I still say a quarter of what's in these cans isn't even beans. And the beans that are there are terrible quality. Yeah we'll give you affordable coffee...but we're also gonna lie right to your face with happy go lucky marketing to deceive you because just like every other company out there that mass produces anything...they only care about getting your money. They don't care if you enjoy the coffee or not.
Anyways just like the coffee I just drank I'm very bitter.
Lol sorry just being honest though. Unfortunately we're all just a dollar sign now not considered people to companies.
